The BSR Barracuda Swim Team season is in June and July. Sign up will take place at the BSR Open House on May 16^th or 17^th 2009 or you may co= mplete this form and provide it with registration fee to the point of contact belo= w.

Team Requirements: 5-18 years of age. No competitive swimming experience necessary. Mini-Team is for 8= & Under only.&nbs= p; See web site and bulletin board for dates and times for “AR= 21; and “B” meets.

Even= ing Practice Mon-Fri June 1-12 = = 10 & under: 4:30 - 5:30 PM; 11 & over: 5:30 - 6:30 = PM

Morn= ing Practice starts Monday June 15 &= nbsp; &nbs= p; 10 & under: 8:00 - 9:15 AM; 11 & over: 9: 15 - 10:30 AM

(Evening Practice will continue June 15-18 for kids stil= l in school; same times as above)

Mini-Team Practice Mon-Fri June 8-12: 4:30-5:30 PM; (Coaches will announce when mini-te= am morning practices begin (dates and times)&= nbsp;

Cost: = $30 for first family member and $10 for each additional family member= .

Min= i-Team: Use this form for all= swim team participants and for sign-up of children 8 & U= nder onto the Mini-Team. Members participating on Mini-Team may not also take BSR’s Swim Lessons.<= /span>
